I wanted to thank you for working so hard on the sale of my home. You are a true professional and you stand behind everything you say you will do. You returned my calls and emails promptly, you kept me up-to-date on the market, formulated a strategy with me, reviewed and adjusted it according to my needs when so many agents out there simply list a place and put ads in papers hoping for the best and then tell you to drop your price when they dont get calls. Where others see problems, you have the experience to quickly navigate, confer, and determine if there is a deal to be worked on or if energy is better spent moving on.
My home was professionally photographed and marketed and even at the slightest mention of a photo I was not crazy about months later, you quickly scheduled a re-shoot to replace the photo even though it really may not have made a difference to a potential buyer, but it did to you because I was your client.
I have been buying real estate since my teens and in those 20+ yers I have never come across an agent who is so dedicated and fun to work with. Buying or selling real estate should be a pleasurable experience on so many levels and now what I've had the pleasure of working with someone who leaves no stone unturned, you will be the professional I rely on for all of my future dealings.
